We use SSL technology to keep your information safe. For your own security, please do not send sensitive personal information via email. Use “Contact Us” page for such communications. Also when we send you an email you will need to log in to your account to see the communication. For processing of your payments we use high security platforms such as PayPal. We do not store any payment information on our website.

If you are managing medications/health issues for family members over the age of 18 on your account, please complete the consent form provided to comply with our privacy policy.

  • How could I order my medications?
  • Ordering meds from MEDMAIL is very easy; it can be done through our secure online platform or over the phone. Please follow “Rx Order” tab on top of this page for complete instructions.


  • How do I receive my medication?
  • Your medications will be mailed to you mainly via Canada Post. We might use other courier services from time to time. You will receive your medications mostly in a bubble envelop with your name and address on it. Ontario pharmacy laws require mailing prescriptions to be tracked. We will provide you with a tracking number upon order confirmation, also a signature is required by pharmacy laws upon receipt of prescriptions. If you have special delivery instructions, please advise us when ordering your medication; for example, you would like the package to be marked CONFIDENTIAL or you prefer that the package not received by any member of household other than yourself. Please note that children under the age of 18 cannot accept the packages.


  • How long will it take to receive my medication?
  • As soon as we have your original prescription or transfer from another pharmacy we can dispense your prescription and mail it to you. In most cases you should be able to receive your package within the next four days. We normally give a window of 4 to 7 days for delivery time. As soon as the shipment is done you will receive a tracking number to be able to check the status of your package.


  • What is the cost of mailing prescriptions to my door?
  • If the total value of your order is over $50 and you reside in Ontario, we will absorb the cost of mailing and there will be no delivery charge to you. However in case of special orders (e.g. rush order) there will be an extra charge to cover the cost of delivery. We will inform you ahead of time in such cases. For orders outside of Ontario please contact us to find out about the cost. You might be still eligible for free shipping!


  • How should I pay for my orders?
  • The easiest way to pay for your order is using a credit card through PayPal on our website. You do not need to have a PayPal account to do this. Alternatively you could call us to make other arrangements.


  • When and how could I talk to a pharmacist?
  • Our pharmacists will contact you to counsel on any new or repeat prescription orders. If you need to speak about your prescription or over the counter medications you may either contact MEDMAIL by phone or use the contact us tab to send a secured note to us. We will get in touch with you ASAP within our time limits during business hours. We also have a secure platform for an online meeting, if you prefer. You may follow the instructions on “Book Appointment” tab to book your free 15 min session.


  • Can I return my medications?
  • Ontario pharmacy laws prohibit us from accepting returned medications for resale. Therefore, unfortunately we are not able to accept returned medications unless it is for the purpose of destroying them properly.


  • Could I purchase over-the-counter medications such as vitamins and minerals?
  • Yes, please send us your request and we will try to find you the best available deal. You may also request items such as homeopathic or natural products and we will try our best to provide them for you.


  • What if I need my medication today?
  • If you need your medication today, your best choice would be your local pharmacy. We could always help you find the closest pharmacy to your location. However, if there are refills on your prescription we can transfer them to our pharmacy to dispense in future. If you normally get your medications from MEDMAIL, it would be to your benefit to send us a note and inform us of this new medication, so that we could keep it in your records for future reference.


  • Can you mail prescriptions to anywhere in Canada?
  • Yes, we mail prescriptions to all over Canada and we accept most of the insurance policies in Canada. There are certain Canadian provinces with specific rules for filling prescriptions. If you reside outside of Ontario please contact us to see how we can help you receive your medications conveniently.


  • How secure is my information?
  • We take confidentiality and privacy of our clients very seriously. The information gathered from you is for the sole purpose of filling your prescriptions and taking care of your health. Please refer to “Privacy” tab on top of this page for more information.


  • What should I do if I have a concern about your services?
  • Our hope is to provide you the best service and experience, however, if you have a concern please contact us ASAP to see what we can do for you to resolve the issue.


  • What are the pharmacy hours?
  • Our pharmacy hours are Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm. We are closed on major Canadian holidays. However, you may use our website to order your prescriptions at any time.
